Parnell Farmers' Market - Three Little Pigs Day

Three little pigs come to the market. Free events scheduled all morning.
The Parnell Farmers' Market has a programme of great activities lined up for March, starting on March 6 with "Three little Pigs came to Market". Free events all morning for children and talks on cooking pork with chef Stuart Masters at The Farm Gate stall 9am, 10am and 11am start.

Events for Kids
- 8am Come and meet the piglets from the farm - learn all about these wonderful friendly animals
- 8am Kathryn Le Grove is bringing her chooks
and she will show you how to look after chickens at home
- 8am Face painting
- 8:30am Pin the tail on the pig – regular competitions to win a pork prize
- 9:30am Story time with Amanda Hellier – A Pig Called Monty
- 10am Big jokes with Jude Collins
- 10:30am Break the piñata

Plus, Unicycle man (aka Rowan Dawson)

Bring a friend and hurry along to the market early for the pick of seasonal produce then relax with coffee, hot breakfast food or baked delights, in the ambient surroundings next to the Domain. The market is in the car park behind the brick Jubilee Building, home to the Parnell Library and Parnell Trust.

Free parking for 90 cars during market hours at 47 George Street – these are graciously supplied by our neighbour AECOM, across the street from the George Street market entrance.
