Carnival for Kids

Carnival for Kids - this is the charity event. All proceeds go to Casa Abrigo Casulo to help underprivileged kids - abused and haven't received enough love & care from family in Brazil.

Come and help us to put a smile on these kids’ faces.

Bring your family to experience a bit of Brazilian culture with Carnival for Kids & help make a difference in the lives of underprivileged children in Brazil.

There will be activities for the kids including mask-making and percussion workshops, face painting, storytelling and various games to keep the kids entertained.

Also have some great entertainment lined up to liven up the party! A special thanks to Henrique Morales, Mani Fagundes dos Santos, Bobby Brazuka, Soul Samba Circus & the Brazilian Divas who have all kindly donated their time & talents to this great cause.

As well as all this great entertainment, there will also be Brazilian food available for sale.
Kids are welcome to come in costume and really get into the spirit of Carnival!

2:00pm - Doors open, games & face painting
2:30pm - Bobby Brazuka, mask-making workshop begins
3:00pm - Henrique Morales & Mani Fagundes
4:30pm - Bobby Brazuka
5:00pm - Brazilian Divas
5:15pm - Soul Samba Circus with Divas & capoira performance, percussion workshop
6:00pm - Public completion

General admission (13 years and over) $5.
Kids (under 12) - Gold coin donation.
Cash only.
