Concert, craft and procession for the Manawatu river.

Concert of musicians, dancers and speakers starts 2:00pm and goes till 3:00pm.
Children's craft makings start 1:30pm, finishing the giant eel, and making baby eels and fish and other river creatures with Junk and Disorderly, and Kiwi Conservation Club.
Craft continues through the river concert.

Procession for the river around the Square 3:00pm, finishing 3:30pm.
