Donald Reid, an Auckland based singer songwriter will be joined by his full band - Dead Man's Hand for their second Auckland show. Reid and band will be playing favourites from his debut album "In A Taxi Home", including the hits 'You & Me My Friend' and 'All The Advice' the new single 'Hitting On Me' and other tracks from his forthcoming album.
Having previous success as co-songwriter for The Feelers: ('Communicate', 'The Web', 'Weapons Of War' 'Fall Out Shelter'), Donald's own style of melodic tunes are given a more rock feel due to the talents of Dead Mans Hand.

Kiri and The Acid Bird is the other half of the double billing for the evening.
Dabbling in a new feisty sound with an angst grip on rock and dance grooves, Kiri has an edge prevalent in her music today but hasn’t lost sight of her soulful, sultry voice she is renowned for. A flurry of new pop/rock/dance tracks are influenced by a collaboration including the backbone of Auckland band Payola. Their rock and roll swagger was a catalyst to create a newly formed guise - The Acid Bird.
Kiri frequently lends her voice to other artists and acts including Jan Hellreigel, Hollie Smith, Che Fu, Sarah Blasko, Human Instinct and Jamie Cullum as a live and recording session vocalist. Her latest video for single 'Baby Come Round' now plays on Juice TV.
