Hawke’s Bay Rescue Helicopter Charity Cocktail Party at the Kelt Capital Horse of the Year Show

The inaugural charity event is being held on Saturday 20th March 2010 at the Hawke’s Bay Show Grounds. The charity fundraiser kicks off from 6.30pm with a cocktail party atmosphere in a stunning marquee setting at the Hawke’s Bay Show Grounds. Music will play during the event from the start when guests arrive to a band later in the evening.

During the evening guests will enjoy great food and wine with a charity auction of ten high quality lots to enhance the evening. For those not partaking in the auction you can still take away great prizes from our raffle.

The event is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate a vital Hawke’s Bay service.

Louise Harvey, Hawke’s Bay Rescue Trust, said the charity cocktail party is a great way for people at the Kelt Capital Horse of the Year show to support a vital rural service and at the same time enjoy great food and wine. The Trust is really excited about being involved with the inaugural fundraiser. All funds raised from the evening will go directly to the Trust.

• Bubbly on arrival
• Beer and wine (from 6.30-9.30 and then a cash bar will operate)
