Panel discussion 'Who Owns the Underground?' with visiting Professor David L. Pike from American University in Washington, U.S.A. Professor Pike’s visit to New Zealand is supported by the American Embassy, Wellington and the American University, Washington,DC. Also on the panel are artist Wayne Barrar and Esther Ruelfs, visiting German curator and writer with a specialisation in photography. Esther Ruelf's visit to New Zealand is supported by Massey University’s International Visitor Research Fund. Aaron Kreisler, curator at Dunedin Public Art Gallery, is convenor.

The panel discussion is in association with the exhibition Wayne Barrar: An Expanding Subterra.
