Geoff Selley, current custodian of a talk which has been handed down in direct succession from Dr Hussey, one of the original expedition members, will tell the survival story of Shackleton’s ill-fated Endurance expedition in Antarctica.
The talk will be accompanied by slides reproduced from the original magic lantern slides of the expedition taken by Frank Hurley, the expedition photographer.
