Start with a peaty welcome dram in the foyer of The Elliott Hotel.
Then sit and sample six serious Islay whiskies that evoke the true range of character of the Island.

The tasting will be accompanied by sumptious food, ranging from oysters to dark chocolate, with some smoked morsels in between, bread & rosemary infused olive oil.
