The new Executive Director of the Asia Pacific Economic Forum (APEC) Secretariat, Ambassador Muhamad Noor Yacob is visiting Auckland this month. Hear his views on the 2010 APEC Agenda, including how it compares and contrasts to the ASEAN agenda, find out about the progress on regional economic integration within APEC and the growing areas of cooperation between APEC and ASEAN.
Ambassador Noor has been Malaysia’s Ambassador to the WTO, its Chairman of the General Council and is a former Malaysian Trade Commissioner in London.
With trade agreements progressively expanding their range from the traditional bilateral ties to a regional approach and the talks commencing on the Transpacific Partnership (TPP), this will be a highly relevant presentation from an experienced specialist who has both an APEC and an ASEAN perspective.
Join the ANZCBC for a cooked breakfast at the Stamford Plaza for valuable networking and an informative address from Ambassador Noor.

The Auckland Chamber houses the secretariat services for a number of business councils. The Business Councils often hold breakfasts, lunches, seminars and networking events focusing on a particular issue, economy or guest speaker.
