SPARC REAL Women's Duathlon Queenstown

The SPARC REAL Women’s Duathlon is your opportunity to participate in a life-changing experience. It’s not only a great starting point to help you get fit and active, it’s also an event that motivates you to stay that way because it’s REAL - Regular Exercise, Active Lives.

Run/walk 3.5 km, cycle 10 km, then run/walk 1.5 km to the finish line. That’s the wonderful
moment that you can say you are a REAL Woman Duathlete.

There are three ways you can participate in the REAL Women's
Duathlon Series;
• as an individual
• as a two person team of runner/walker and rider
• as a three person team completing one leg each

All REAL Women's Duathlon participants will have internet access to training and nutrition information. On the day of your event, you will receive a REAL Duathlon pack with a quality REAL tee-shirt and lots of complimentary sponsors' goodies as well as event information.
