Until the end of July, the Museum is making Saturdays all about kids
To compliment the Making of the Word Witch exhibition, based on Margaret Mahy’s book, why not delve into the world of poetry and illustration. There’s workshops, readings and activities all designed to inspire your creativity and imagination. Join Ruth Paul as you dress as your favourite pirate, or clown around with the likes of Thomas La Hood and Marie Murdoch. You can even create your own picture/poem postcard and win the chance to become a published author!
The Making of the Word Witch exhibition is entirely free. Most events are $5 and last 1 hour. Spaces are limited so get in quick and book.
For more details and a complete programme of all events see the Museum website.
