BUMP Mardi Gras 2010

If you've ever been to a Mardi Gras party at the Powderkeg & Matterhorn – you'll know what to expect! For the uninitiated - BUMP is the only ticketed after-party in town, so by getting a pre-sale you can avoid freezing on the street and trying to get into a bar. The deck from the Matterhorn has sweeping views of Mardi Gras on the street below and it's arguably the best venue in town. 2010 Mardi Gras is going to be the biggest yet!

Seasoned DJ's Ange & Mark Emerson have supported countless internationals over the years and both have featured on major events across New Zealand over the last decade. BUMP Mardi Gras is gonna be their stand-out performance of the year. Laying down 7 hours of non-stop, four-to-the-floor party styles.

BUMP founder Ange has been a regular at the Powderkeg since 2004, she never fails to rock the party with her rawkus style of house, tech and bootlegs, loaded with twisted melodies and chunky ass basslines.

Mark Emerson (resident of Be Club) makes the trip down for his first Mardi Gras, promising to inject the dancefloor with his fusion of house/tech/electro and everything in between.
