Alternative Rock ‘n’ Roll is what to expect from Pluto Thursday 17 June, entry is free at twentyone, Level 3, SKYCITY. Support acts start at 7pm.
Pluto with band members Milan Borich, Tim Arnold, Matthias Jordan, Mike Hall and Michael Franklin-Browne have recently formed their own record label, Slow Rodriguez Records.
Having spent the best part of a year setting up their studio and their label, the band is chomping at the bit to focus on the music again.
Tim Arnold says “The world of music has changed. It’s not about massive album budgets anymore. You have to find a different way of working. We’ve taken back the control of our band. We make everything ourselves now, like we used to. It’s liberating, and the music reflects that. It’s a lot more fun.”
