Winter time can be, if we allow it, a time for slowing down, turning within and deeply nourishing ourselves.

As we are drawn more inside to the light and warmth of the fire at home, we too can turn the awareness within to connect to ourselves, and allow our bodies and minds to slow down, to breathe, relax and simply just be. In a class devoted to the inner practices of yoga, we will explore the breath, body, mind connection through pranayama (breath awareness) moving into a place of deeper self-awareness through guided meditation practices, followed with deep relaxation (yoga nidra).

Join us as the winter sun sets, for meditation, warmth and hot chai brewing!

The last session will be a guided open-heart meditation.
