Why it's essential, if you want to stay healthy, to use your whole body intelligence to live.
We are all born with an innate body intelligence which is located throughout our entire body. The question is, do you know how to use it? Just like training muscles at the gym, we may need to train our body intelligence if we have forgotten how to use it.
Living with our whole body intelligence means we are using our intellect and intuition together. It also increases productivity, saves energy and makes life much simpler.

Kim Knight has been researching and living in the field of natural healing for over 20 years. For the past 15 years she has trained herself to use her whole body intelligence to live. She is passionate about sharing this knowledge and techniques with others so that they have the ability to look after their own health and wellbeing.
