The Funky Monkeys present audiences with fun, original songs in a range of musical genres including rock, country, hip-hop, funk, classical and new wave.
Children are encouraged to get up and join in the dancing, singing, shouting, clapping, laughing and helping out. The delivery of wholesome entertainment is what The Funky Monkeys do best. It is a ‘good-oldfashioned-family-show’ that delivers something for everyone. Joe McNamara, Neil Tolan and Chris Lam Sam, along with their best friend, Dizzy Dog, have strutted their proudly ‘home-grown’ music throughout Aotearoa, both on stage and TV, since 2003.
