Every year since 1997 the owners of Owen River Tavern host a prestigious competition in pig and deer hunting. This annual event attracts a considerable sized sponsorship with a value of over $5,000 in committed prizes.
Weight In : Sunday 4th July 2010. 12 till 1pm at Owen River Tavern
Sunday Lunch served at 1.30pm - 2.30pm
Prize Giving at 3.30pm on Sunday
Rules:
Minimum Weight 50lbs. All pigs and Deer presented must be clean and free of offal. No frozen pigs or deer. No tampered with or domesticated pigs or deer.
Judges Decision is Final.
