Timothy Gordon provides a week-long intensive dance programme, including Conditioning and Classical Ballet classes, Classical Variation classes, Company Z Dance Repertoire and sessions in the Alexander Technique. The programme will be held in July 2010. There will be a limit to the spaces available. International students are encouraged to come from abroad to study and visit New Zealand.
This unique course is for all dancers who wish to refine their dancing, work on their technique, refresh their interest, and explore the art of dance – holistically and artistically.
Timothy has a wealth of experience in teaching classical ballet to all ages, stages and various nationalities. He emphasizes co-ordination of torso, arms and head, the use of weight, alignment and musicality through a series of logical and artistic dance combinations.
