Noel McKenna's oil paintings speak of the nobility of the everyday - the poetry that lurks in the mundane.

Brisbane born and Sydney based, McKenna's 2nd exhibition at the Brett McDowell gallery is named for the cataclysmic event that occurred deep in the earth last year that brought New Zealand and Australia 29 centimeters closer.
