Our main event: Come along and bid on some single guys and gals for a date. The winning bidder will receive a meal voucher to The Honey Pot Cafe to go towards the date which will be the next week after the event.

Our hilarious MCs for the evening are local comedic duo The Outwits, who'll be providing the laughs. We also have some top Christchurch DJs coming along as well as a few surprise guests.

Even if you're not single or don't plan on bidding on a date, there'll be mystery auctions for some amazing prizes. You'll be bidding on a bottle and what ever is on the list inside the bottle is what you win. There are no bogus prizes.

Items up for grabs include: a year's supply of Redbull (a can a day), Linden Leaves and Trilogy packs, vouchers to Supakarts, The Roxx, the Dux, Burgers and Beers, Speight's Bealey, Coffee Culture, Lonestar, Marie Clare cookbooks, hair care packs, car care packs, racing wear and the list goes on.

Spotters will be scattered throughout the audience to help you with placing your bids. A good idea would be to move to the front when bidding so it's easier for the auctioneer to see you.

Tickets will be available shortly for $20 from Cosmic Corner and Real Groovy, door sales will be available at $30. Ticket price includes free beer or wine on entry. There will also be free nibbles throughout the night. Doors open at 7pm with the auctions starting at 7.45pm.

Proceeds go towards the medical costs surrounding the kidney transplant/treatments of 6 year old Madeleine Collins.
