Come and join us for a blast of hooping fitness and frivolity! You will learn how to hoop around the waist, arms, up and down the body, along with other exciting tricks and a toning cardio routine. These classes are filled with fun and excitement and you will leave with a smile on your face and sense of achievement!
Classes are open to hoopers of all levels so please come along and learn a great new way to get fit and toned and/or use the time and space to practice and perfect your moves with the guidance of our excellent instructor Deryn French.
Go on, give it a go but beware, hooping is addictive!
Hoops are provided every lesson or bring your own. Shorts and a tank top are the best things to wear.
Hoop Starter Kits are also available at the following prices:
Plain hoop starter kit = $65
+ 4 hoop lessons
Sparkly hoop starter kit = $70
+ 4 hoop lessons
Weekly lessons:
$15 for casual
$13 for concession
