Join special guest and renowned researcher, Marci Despain, who will speak about the latest developments in FamilySearch, a leading genealogy product.
As a British research consultant in the Family History Library, Marci has spent six years working with FamilySearch and teaching its products.
She's also a professional researcher with 10 years experience. She graduated from Brigham Young University in 2005 with a BA in Family History, with an emphasis in British Isles Research. In 2003, Marci completed an internship in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, England at the Wiltshire Record Office. She is a Certified GenealogistSM (CGSM) and an Accredited Genealogist® (AG®) in England Research.
The event will take place in the Whare Wānanga Room, level 2 of the Auckland City Central Library.
