Popular live modern jazz from Northland's cruiziest New York style modern jazz band. The 'About Time' Jazz Trio, is playing every Friday in January from the 15th at the Butter Factory.
This venue is a classy historical brick heritage building on Butter Factory Lane behind Farmers or access through the recently opened Tapas Bar venue on Bank Street - Butter Bank, Whangarei.
Meet the band - all family guys from near Whangarei with years of passion for interesting jazz - Matt Hennessy on soft boom and bash, Matt Watson acoustic and electronic keyboards, trumpet, flugelhorn and John Fraser on electric and stand up bass.
