Weekends at MOTAT have just got better with a range of fun activities for the whole family.
• Clue Buster
Participate in the new MOTAT ‘Clue Buster’ activity and visit some of MOTAT’s most exciting exhibits along the way. Collect a stamp in your very own Clue Buster booklet at each exhibit you visit and then hand in your booklet at the end of the day to enter a monthly prize draw. By following the Clue Buster clues, you'll pay a visit to some of MOTAT’s most exciting and interesting displays. You can also catch the tram to MOTAT’s Meola Road site to enjoy the extensive aviation collection.
Activities run every weekend (excluding school holiday periods) from 10am-5pm.
• Weekend Tours
The more grown-up members of the family will enjoy MOTAT’s all-new 45 minute guided tours. Your costumed host will take you through a brief history of Auckland by way of the Engineer’s Cottage, Victorian Village and more.
Weekend Tours run Saturdays and Sundays (excluding school holidays) at 11am and 2pm, departing from the MOTAT courtyard.
You can enjoy all activities as part of your MOTAT entry fee.
