Put on your jandals, crank up the barbie and slap on some sunscreen because Coca-Cola is bringing your favourite Kiwi bands back into town!

Let the good times roll at Piha Beach with the poster boys of NZ rock, Midnight Youth, and new-comers, Ivy Lies, on January 9 and chart-topping smooth-crooner, heart throb and all-round party boy, Dane Rumble, and Ivy Lies on January 10. With heaps of fun and games, the launch of the ZURF® (Cousin of the ever-popular and well-known ZORB®™ globe, the ZURF® is a large, inflatable, open ended cylinder which is maneuvered by people running inside it – all while in the water) and the Disruptiv guys utilizing their amazing graffiti skills with personalized body art tattoos for teens, this is a summer extravaganza that is not to be missed - all at the perfect summer location, the beach! The party starts at 11am each day with the best part being it’s all on us, so just bring yourself, your mates and your sunscreen – set!

"The Edge will be putting on buses in and out of Piha for The Bands on The Beach in Piha this weekend.
See top Kiwi Acts – Midnight Youth and Ivy Lies playing Saturday 9th and Dane Rumble and Ivy Lies on Sunday 10th at Piha Beach! Plus there’s a heap of beach games to get involved in.

Busses will be leaving from 2 x locations – Burger King Westgate, and Burger King Lincoln Rd stores at 11am on Saturday 9th and 11am on Sunday 10th January and leaving Piha at 5.30pm and returning to the BK stores departed from.
To get on a bus, turn up OR to SECURE a spot you can register your interest by flicking an e-mail to coke@copper.net.nz.
If you’re not registered you MIGHT NOT be able to get on the bus!"

hey Im looking for a carpool to this event! I will put in $$ for gas if you will drive me. I am looking at going to either day or both if you are crashing in a hostel or something. Anyway just me and I really would like to get outta the city
