Come and join us on the land, in the sea and in the bush for an organic, back to basics, camping gathering at Prana Retreat with fun learning and relaxing games.

The program features:
• Nature’s garden
• Ambient forest with nature movies
• Massage & bodywork (by arrangement)
• Sand sculpting on the beach (bring a spade)
• Sacred circles with kusum
• Pictionary (team drawing fun with friends)
• Daily yoga with ashram yoga (by arrangement)
• Ddhyana tribe cooking demo of the 80/20 quinoa recipe
• Live Music from the Prana House Band and jamming with Prana in-house musicians. Bring your guitar playing talent to the next level with Damon Winter.
• Evening movies and TED talks interwoven by discussions on global Issues
• Great bargains in the second hand shop. play the ‘Rags to Riches’ clothes swapping game in Party Marquee, bring your unwanted clothes to swap.

The one world barn café will be serving organic breakfast, coffee, chai, snacks, treats, light lunches, ice cream & the Saturday night feast for all. Daily blackboard with menu & opening times.
