Get Fit with Our Zumba Classes

Finally, Zumba has arrived in New Zealand and you can join a class at Viva Latino twice a week in January with more classes to come in February.

Zumba is a great way to loose calories; in fact you burn on average 500-800 calories per class!

It’s pure fun!

We invite you to join in with Caroline our Latin instructor from Chile, whose flair and passion for the flavour of Zumba is inspiring.

P.S.S. Zumba consists of the basic moves from different Latin dance styles. You’ll have a chance to get a feel for all of them during one class.
