The Secret Lunch Perform At Fairfield House
Friday 15 January 8pm

On Friday January 15, Nelson will experience the gentle onslaught of one of Australia's ‘most luminous and slyly humorous’ musical acts when The Secret Lunch performs at Fairfield House.
The trio features the songs of Christchurch-born and Melbourne resident Stephen Taberner (double bass), best known in Australia and the UK as the creative force behind the highly successful Spooky Men's Chorale. Stephen is also well known in New Zealand as a choir leader and singing workshop guru.

Stephen is joined by guitar legend Sam King and violinist Emma Kelly, who plays with ‘the aching tunefulness and purity of the angels’.
The trio have performed extensively in the east coast of Australia appearing at the National Folk Festival, Yackandandah Folk Festival and the Blue Mountains Folk Festival.
