The Ministry of Sound comes to Sandwiches to celebrate the release of 'The Clubbers Guide to 2010' with one of Australia's hottest DJs Anna Lunoe.

Turning Anna Lunoe's long list of achievements into a coherent opening sentence is no easy task. Neither is crafting a bangin' set out of thousands of electro, techno, disco, hip-hop, house, baltimore, party and dancehall tunes. But Anna Lunoe manages to make that sort of stage-magic happen every time she gets behind the decks.

She has earned herself a reputation as one of one of Sydney's, scratch that-, Australia's best female, nah scratch that, One of Australia's best and respected gender non-specific DJ's!

It all started in 2006, where Anna found herself living in New York City on a mission to learn the precise science of 'getting the party started'.

Since returning home, she has made a career of doing just that and is regularly called upon to ready the stage for the likes of Daft Punk, Chemical Brothers, Chromeo, M.I.A, A-Trak, Dizzee Rascal, Diplo, Switch, Armand Van Helden, Busy P. Spankrock, and Soulwax.

2008 saw Anna Lunoe reaching incredibly varied audiences cementing her reputation as being both a versatile and respected performer; traveling all over Australia, Europe and UK as tour DJ for The Bumblebeez, playing literally every major Australian music festival, playing in a different Australian city on any given night and jetting throughout Asia to headline several solo shows. Harpers Bazaar even named her in their ‘ones to watch’ list for 2009. Geee wizzz!!

She has not let them down. Already in 2009 she toured across the USA, playing everything from swanky Fendi soirees in NYC, to warehouse raves in Kansas City, Dj’d and Hosted the 2009 Bacardi Train Tour, curated music for Australian fashion week, played countless music festivals, headlined clubs Australia wide, had inappropriate amounts of fun as part of Sydney DJ posse ‘Hoops’ at the room they host weekly at One Love and can be found getting up to mischief with Kato every Thursday night on 94.5 FBi as the co-host of their new dance music program 'Sunsets'.

Perhaps most impressively, Anna Lunoe also knows every single word to every single song that she plays.

The Clubbers Guide to 2010 available in music shops now.
