Beat Day - Bikes, Beats and Brews. Beat day is a Sprint Duathlon 8km Mountain Bike and 5km run also a 6hr Mountain Bike relay. Once you have competed enjoy the amazing live band and the bar.

Choose your event then enter online. Both races can be completed in teams. If you want a challenge and like having fun this event is for you. There will be good music, beers in the sun, dancing, swimming in the lake and of course the race.
