This track takes in the Tuahu track which is a gentle sloping track from the bottom to the top. At this point a more challenging will take us to Kakarahi (641 m).

A six and a half hour return tramping track. This walk is one of 5 'peak walks' to high vantage points within the Kaimai Mamaku Forest Park.

Please meet at the end road end of Hot Springs Road (just south of Katikati of SH2) at 9am.
