Sound Healing, Relaxation and Stillness

The gong is named after the sound it makes. When played it releases a resonant power called OM. Integrating the gong with didgeridoo, drums, flutes, singing bowls and other native instruments produces a spiralling cocoon of total sound, which enables one to leave the 3rd dimension and arrive in the subtle ethers of the 4th dimensional dream body. Here cellular memory is optimal and repair and rejuvenation occurs most effectively. And in this mystical mood one easily becomes a vessel for spontaneous creative thought and meaningful insight.
