Curator Peter Read discusses aspects of the exhibition Built to Last: Engineering in Otago.

Sunday, 14 February 2010 from 2pm.

Built to Last: Engineering in Otago is a new exhibition on display at the Otago Settlers Museum that examines over 150 years of engineering achievement in Otago.

From the development of our telecommunications and transportation networks, water and wastewater systems, mining industries, electricity supplies, buildings, bridges and more - and the engineers who made it all happen.

Built to last is on display from 7 November 2009 - 28 February 2010.
