Two great performers. Steve Wrigley & Cory Gonzalez Macuer.
Steve Wrigley is a world class stand up who has performed Stand Up Comedy in New York, both in Times Square and on Broadway, in Canada, Australia, London and all over his native country, New Zealand.
Wrigley is a master story teller. His material comprises of well told highly energetic stories blasted through the manic filter of his over active imagination. Steve's comedy draws you further and further into his world as he reveals an unusual life from a bizarre and wonderfully entertaining comedic perspective.
Cori Gonzalez-Macuer has been working as a professional comedian, writer, actor and TV presenter for the last 6 years. In that time he has won several comedy awards including the Billy T James Award. He also won a Qantas Film and Television Award as part of C4’s Jono’s New Show (2008 Best Entertainment Show). The last 4 NZ International Comedy Festival’s have seen Cori cement his place as one of New Zealand’s best young comics with sold-out seasons in both Wellington and Auckland.
He has performed stand-up all over the world including the U.K, Asia and as far as the Middle East. He has featured in several comedy television shows over the last few years as well as being a regular live performer in venues all over NZ.
