Ferne Bradley of Mackintosh Bradley Price will cover:
1. The legal tool kit available for asset protection.
2. The key elements for your pre or post-nuptial agreement.
3. Some business specific asset protection tips.

Your Workshop Presenters:

Sheryl Sutherland is the director of Women’s Financial Strategies which offers women and their partners a planned and monitored financial advisory service. Her first book "Girls want to Have Fund$" was released in 2005, her second book “Money, Money, Money, Ain’t it Funny” was released in 2007. Sheryl is a frequent media commentator: print, radio and television.

Ferne Bradley L.L.M (Honours) is a specialist in trusts, relationship property and divorce. Ferne was a member of Council for the University of Canterbury and an independent director of the Institute of Financial Advisers Inc. She is also a member of the Relationship Property committee of the New Zealand Law Society's Family Law Section and is a member of the Wills & Succession committee of the New Zealand Law Society Property Law Section.
