NZCS Innovation Day 2010 is a one day mini-conference packed full of keynotes, presentations, panels, and discussion about innovation, computing and ICT.
From 3D graphics to cloud computing to succeeding in business - these fascinating presentations cover a huge spectrum of topics in and around ICT.
NZCS Innovation Day explores innovation and success including the roads to success taken by New Zealand's entrepreneurs, details about some of the latest innovative research, and opportunity for success in future.
Featuring presentations from a range of ICT innovators including Ian Taylor, founder of Animation Research Ltd who revolutionised real-time 3D sports graphics through Virtual Spectator and Rod Drury, founder of Xero and serial entrepreneur.
Other presenters include Optimal Usability's Trent Mankelow, outlining the design and usability process in creating the Air New Zealand SkyCouch, AccessibilityNZ's Nicolas Steenhout, Privacy Commissioner Marie Shroff, developer Francois Marier, and software architect John Rusk.
The event will also include plenty of opportunity to collaborate and be heard, with a full innovation hui plus a panel of experts discussing innovation.
Registration also includes lunch, morning and afternoon teas, plus refreshments after.
