Waipu Community carols are said to be the most enthusiastic in Northland. A choir of 70 and band, all conducted by local identity Lachie McLean will be giving full voice to the traditional carols and readings. There will be the usual fabulous solos from local singing sensations, audience participation and choir solos.
To get a seat inside, get there an hour early, otherwise bring a chair and rug and enjoy it outside on the grass.
Join the choir for the total experience - just come to one of the practices, the more you to come to the better, but just one is fine! All at 7.30 at the Waipu Presbyterian Church
Thursday 9 December, Monday 13 December, Thursday 16 December, and final practice and dress rehearsal 6pm on Sunday 19 December.
