Let’s celebrate together to bring in 2011 with a positive vibe. House of Shem represent conscious roots reggae at its finest, an unforgettable live experience. Whatever your style, this band’s incredible tightness, heavenly harmonies and blend of traditional and contemporary reggae styles will surely take you higher.
Support act Master Pilot Sound System is best described as funked up hip-hop. A DJ and three MCs produce a mixture of top-quality scratching and singing/rapping over original beats. Lyrics are sassy, poignant, intelligent and witty. Come early and catch a café dinner, festivities from 5pm on the Square. Be there!
