The "First Steps Intensive" course is designed to give you a good understanding of the basics of Nordic Walking, and assist in your application of the technique. Nordic Walking poles will be provided for use during the sessions. Please wear comfortable walking/activity shoes and bring along a water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses and hat.

Session 1: Sunday 5 December @ 8:30-10:00am (Cornwall Park)
Session 2: Wednesday 8 December @ 6:00-7:00pm (Cornwall Park)
Session 3: Saturday 11 December @ 8:30-10:00am (Pt. Chevalier Beach)
