The last event in the PhysioMed Women's Triathlon and Duathlon Series 2010 at QEII. The event is for women of all ages and abilities. The aim is to enjoy and take on a challenge and cross the finish line.

There are 10 year age groups, a separate run or walk section. Enter as an individual or as a team of 2 or 3. Spot and placing prizes.

Distances are:
Triathlon: 200m swim - 15k bike - 4k run or 2k walk.
Duathlon: 1k run or 500m walk - 15k bike - 4k run or 2k walk.
