The Christchurch Civic Music Council proudly brings you the 44th National Concerto Competition. This year it is for pianoforte. Twenty-seven talented musicians under the age of 25 from all over New Zealand compete in the preliminaries and semifinals.
Preliminaries:
Thursday 9 December, sessions at 9.30am, 1.45pm and 5.00pm
Friday 10 December, session at 9.30am (Entry $5).
Semi finals:
Friday 10 December, session at 7.00pm (Entry - adults $10; students $5).
Adjudicators:
Sarah Watkins (Auckland), Richard Mapp (Wellington), Michael Endres (Christchurch).
