Free Art of Living Course to Deal With Stress

Art of Living Part 1 Course - an 18 hour workshop including powerful breathing techniques, yoga, yogic knowledge and meditation.

Since Canterbury’s 4 September earthquake, the Art of Living Foundation has offered several free courses to help people deal with post earthquake distress. Many of those taking part have reported increased well-being and a remarkable reduction in stress.

To deal with demand, the Foundation is offering one more free programme (usually $250pp). The yoga-based breathing techniques taught on this course have been effective in relieving stress symptoms following events such as 9/11, the December 2004 tsunami and 2005’s Hurricane Katrina. Scientific studies show that the programmes can help people of all ages, with minimal risk.

Art of Living Foundation:
