Ludwig Treviranus plays Expressions' Steinway. Upper Hutt's own international classical pianist is home on study break from the USA and gives his first recital at Expressions on their much admired Steinway Concert D Grand Piano.
Ludwig has performed throughout New Zealand, Australia and the United States as a soloist, accompanist and chamber musician. Audiences have regarded his performances as "energetic and thought provoking" and enjoy his pre-performance talks before playing each piece.
Ludwig studied at Hutt International Boys School over 6 years ago and is now studying towards a Doctorate of Music under the renowned Dr Read Gainsford at Florida State University.
