These classes offer time to feel, and listen deeply into the wisdom of the body. Dance and art have the capacity to take us on a journey home to the soul, where we uncover the deeper meaning of our lives, our truth and knowing. Experience your body, mind, and spirit in inspirational ways.
Working with the Halprin Life/art process, www.tamalpa.org. Using movement, visualizations, imagery, music, to access the stories that make our lives meaningful. Opening creativity in dance, movement, drawing, improvisation, writing and Halprin Life/art process.
Participants will have the opportunity to create personal dance rituals using improvisation, individual and group interactions using non stylised movement. The classes will also present structured movement techniques to strengthen, stretch, and reanimate the body.
Drop into your creative dance and integrate body, mind and spirit in a joyous celebration of life!
Those with and without previous dance or art experience are equally welcome. Art materials provided. Please wear loose comfortable layered clothing.

“Through art and dance we reclaim our primal heritage and move towards a more embodied future.” –Anna Halprin
