“Death & Taxe$" is a madcap financial farce set in the very topical world of insurance, investments and KiwiSaver! It's a crime story. It's a ghost story. It’s a hilarious comedy featuring dodgy deals, a potty psychic, a fishy tax inspector, a nutty cop, murder, mayhem and a hairy Yak! You’ll die laughing because the only certain things in life are Death & Taxe$.
The Tauranga Repertory Societiy's production of April Phillips' play "Stiff", so impressed the playwright that she has entrusted the World Premiere of her new play Death and Taxe$ to our stage. A by invitation only special world premiere gala night will celebrate this momentous occasion on Saturday 14th August.
"Stiff" played to packed houses and we have no doubt that this new comedy will be a smash hit. Death and Taxe$ replaces the advertised "Steaming" which is now rescheduled for a date to be announced in 2011.
