How to improve sleep naturally Seminar, Thursday 12 August 2010 6-8.30pm

Learn techniques for relaxing the body and mind for natural good sleep.

Many people suffer from insomnia - you may be one of them. Sleeping well is critical for good health. There can be many reasons as to why we do not sleep well, and if you have searched for answers, these techniques will help you sleep better no matter the reason. During this seminar you will practice Bone Breathing Qi Gong and learn the requirements for a good night's sleep.
