This is a beginners cake decorating course and for the complete novice. Learn to make, ice and decorate your own cake either traditionally or as a novelty cake that will 'wow' you family and friends. The focus for learning basic cake decorating skills is themed on Christmas decorations, royal icing techniques and flooded pictures. All skills learned will build up to icing and decorating a Christmas cake with formal fondant and almond icing.
Bookings are essential for this 6 week course.
