We get together to chant the Maha Mantra with musical instruments (kirtan) and quietly as personal meditation (japa).

We also discuss the philosophy of the ancient Indian books of wisdom and how to apply it in our modern lives.

Finally, we share delicious vegetarian food that has been offered to God with love.

If you want to know more about the spiritual side of life and want practical answers for life's big questions, then please join us on the second Saturday of every month at the Massey Community House.
