A one day retreat with Anne Warren, CHF.

On this quiet retreat day we will look at the effects of the media, both explicit and subliminal, on how we think about our bodies. It will lead us to consider how we can break the material world's hold on us and re-establish contact with reality, our own uniqueness and humanity.

"We are made just a little lower than the angels" Psalm 8:5.

Some input and an opportunity for quiet reflection during the day.
