These two Auckland musos are firm favourites on the national folk scene; Beverley with her knowkedge of traditional songs, expert guitar playing and exquisite delivery is a folk artiste in her own right, and when hubby Al is making up a duo we are in for a rare old treat. Al is known as a blues man, and indeed he is a great blues musician with a genuine passion for his preffered genre, he is also well capable of playing a folksy style reminiscent of the great Nic Jones.

A folk blues afternoon not to be missed? I think so.
